Printed Labels

Blank Self-Adhesive Labels

Our blank roll labels are produced from a wide range of paper and plastic substrates for variable information and barcode printing. Options include direct thermal, coated thermal, vellum, coated paper and PP–PE synthetic materials.

Label dimensions, shape, roll length and core diameter are tailored to the make and model of your barcode printer. Single-row, side-by-side, custom-gap and perforated formats are available, with coloured backgrounds or pre-printing planned around the application.

Thermal Labels

Direct thermal labels use a heat-sensitive coating to produce an image without a ribbon in compatible printers. They are a practical choice for shipping, weighing and retail operations where information is required for a limited period. Image life depends on the grade of material and exposure to light, heat, friction and storage conditions. Coated thermal options can provide additional surface protection; the right specification follows the working environment.

Barcode Labels

Barcode labels connect physical products with digital records, supporting traceability across stock control, warehousing and dispatch. A readable code depends on more than sharp printing. Correct symbol dimensions, sufficient contrast and clear quiet zones matter in GS1 applications. We consider the label surface, printer and handling conditions together, helping your identification system remain legible throughout the product journey.

Thermal Transfer Ribbons

A thermal transfer ribbon transfers information onto the label surface. Wax, wax-resin and resin formulations differ in substrate compatibility and the level of print resistance they can provide. Paper or synthetic label material, printer technology, ribbon width and expected abrasion or chemical exposure guide the choice. Matching label and ribbon is essential for reliable, lasting print.
